Terms & Refund Policy

These terms cover your use of the AŠVA app and website, operated by YOI Athlete LLC (doing business as AŠVA). By creating an account you agree to them.

What AŠVA is, and is not

AŠVA is a performance and wellness program built on movement, breath, and stillness. It is not medical care, and nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health provider about any condition, and stop any practice that causes pain. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 to use AŠVA, and programs for minors require a parent, guardian, or sponsoring organization.

Subscriptions

• AŠVA Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged the plan price.
• Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid.
• Free features (onboarding, safety intake, Week 1, quick resets, and check-ins) remain free.
• Access codes from teams or partners unlock access for a stated period and are not sold in the app.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, and refund requests are handled through their standard processes (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play order history). If something went wrong, you can also email support@asva.life and we will review your situation case by case. Except where required by law, refunds are not guaranteed.

Your content

Your journal entries and practice data belong to you. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to run the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling access codes, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Our content

The AŠVA name, mark, program structure, videos, and app are owned by YOI Athlete LLC and protected by law. Your subscription grants personal, non-transferable use, not redistribution rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOI Athlete LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
