AŠVA is operated by YOI Athlete LLC (doing business as AŠVA). This policy explains what we collect through the AŠVA mobile app and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your practice data exists to power your experience, we do not sell it, and your journal is yours alone.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address and name when you sign up with email, Apple, or Google. If you use Hide My Email with Apple, we only ever see the relay address.
• Practice and wellness inputs. Data you enter in the app: daily check-ins, breath and pulse self-tests, sleep hours, body map entries, completed sessions, and your Resonance Score history. These exist to compute your score and guide your daily flow.
• Journal entries. Golden Book entries are private to your account. They are never shared, never shown to coaches, and never used for marketing or analytics.
• Purchase status. Subscription state is processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We never see or store your card details.
• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist on this website, we store your email and the campaign link that brought you, so we can tell you when AŠVA launches.

How we use it

To run your account, compute your score, personalize your daily flow, process your subscription, respond to support requests, and fix crashes. We do not sell personal data, we do not run third party advertising, and we do not use your wellness inputs or journal for marketing.

Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run AŠVA: Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple and Google (sign-in and payments), Cloudflare (website and video delivery), and Sentry (crash reporting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Teams and access codes

If you join AŠVA through a team or organization access code, your coach or program leader can see that you redeemed their code and high level engagement such as practice consistency. Coaches can never see your journal, your check-in words, or your health screening answers. Redeeming a team code is always your choice and the sharing involved is stated on the redemption screen.

Your choices

• Export your data or delete your account at any time from the You tab in the app.
• Unsubscribe from any marketing email with one tap. Waitlist emails stop at launch or on request.
• Email support@asva.life for any privacy request and we will act on it promptly.

Data security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted with row level security so each account can only reach its own records. We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted.

Children

AŠVA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Team programs for minors are set up through a parent or guardian and the organization running the program.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will note the new effective date here and let you know in the app.
